Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Coastal Cuties Gear. We feel confident that we offer a wide variety of products that are of the highest quality, and we hope you feel the same way. However, if you are still not completely satisfied with any of our other products, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item. You will be given a Return Authorization Number without which you will not be able to make an exchange or return. Please understand but we cannot offer returns of opened consumable products (i.e. bath & body items).

RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE.

Refunds are processed upon receipt of the product and DO NOT include shipping/handling costs. However, if a return is necessary due to our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.

To return Merchandise:

1. E-mail us at info@coastalcutiesgear.com
2. We will issue a return authorization number.
3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
4. Ship it back to:

5. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Coastal Cuties Gear is not responsible for return postage or lostor undelivered items.
6. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund or exchange, or up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
